My neighbor and I each have a JADU that we'd like to get approved by the City, so we're looking for an experienced contractor, ideally with employment experience with LADBS. We can pay $500, with you providing separate punch lists for each JADU. They're both quite small, each well under the 500 sq ft allowed, but obviously, electrical, plumbing, structural, etc.
