Old bassist here…can shred but know not too…starting to look like Dusty Hill and thought, “maybe a tribute band could be lucrative?” Done it all and have everything needed for any gig anywhere. Usually I’m hired to learn a bunch of songs, show up on time, prepared, meet the rest of the players (often for the first time!) and do the $$$ gig. Not against rehearsals at all…but if you need three nights a week of practice for many months before a gig you are really still learning how to play. (Not a bad thing! Keep at it!) I’ve done over 4000+ paying gigs since 1980. Only responces with links to YouTube videos will get a reply with my videos and we can take it from there… Thanks
