Inspector/Groundskeeper Housing Cooperative in need of a Inspector/Groundskeeper Work week is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday – Wednesday part time Position could go to full time if applicant meets requirements and demonstrates the ability to work independently Inspector/Groundskeeper Responsibilities Weekly inspections of the outside of 98 buildings Community is made up of duplexes, four-plexes, and six-plexes. Applicant will take notes and pictures of outdoor violations. The office will send notification and due dates to have the violations completed. Groundskeeper Requirements Trustworthy Very good communication skills Organizational skills Ability to follow direction and work independently Physical stamina and dexterity High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license without restrictions Starting pay: $18.00 an hour If you think you meet the qualifications please send resume or description of skills.
