Metal vocalist for start up original band male or female

Long time cover band guitarist looking to form a new hard rock and/or metal band. Have rehearsal space and all PA gear and lighting. In terms of male vocalist want someone who can sing, squeezing in a scream is fine but looking for that five finger death punch type of vocal Female vocalist I would use Halestorm as a good example, someone who can sing but also get gritty. Would be looking to create a 12 song album, practice 1x week, then seek opening spots with national acts, mixed in with some other multi band bills.
