“Runner” Job Description: Busy real estate office is looking for a part time “runner” to manage putting up and taking down real estate yard arms and for sale signs, in addition to other office-related errands as needed. 3 hours per day – perfect for an after-school student or someone looking to supplement income. Mileage reimbursement provided. “Runner” Job Duties: • Transport yard arms and/or “For Sale” signs to and from properties coordinating with the listing and closing dates • Weekly visits to active listing properties to ensure flyer boxes are stocked with (updated) flyers, yard arms and/or signs are upright and visible, checking heat on vacant homes during winter months, etc. • Coordinating property keys with our office and getting copies made at locksmith • Putting up/taking down lockboxes (requires a mobile app) • Other office-related errands as needed or other light duties as assigned Job Requirements: • Must have valid driver's license & motor vehicle insurance • Must have reliable transportation able to accommodate the real estate yard arms • Able to lift up to 40 lbs • Must complete a brief training for lockbox usage • A friendly attitude when interacting with clients
