Family owned and operated awning shop is looking to add (2) independent installers. Also seeking installation apprentice or helpers. An ideal installer will have: Enjoy working with and communicating with 55+ community. (Snowbirds) Some previous installation experience. Customer interaction at customers home or business. RV Experience is helpful but not required. Have basic hand tools, drills, ladders etc. and the and the knowledge of how to use them. A mechanical aptitude. McGuiver skills if you will. MUST have professional appearance!! Must have a pride about their work and commitment to quality job well done. Must be dependable with a positive get it done attitude. An eagerness to learn and pay attention to detail. Will have dependable transportation. Ability to work independently and without supervision. Desire to better themselves by a job well done. Our installers are responsible for their own schedules. Work orders are generated and the installer is responsible for completing the work order. There is more work to be done daily than you will be able to get done. Plan your work and work your plan. We have needs for installers valley wide. We are a 10 year old family orientated company with strong reputation for quality work and great customer service. Our customers love us and referral business is how we grow. We have more work than installers to dispatch. Compensation is production based after training. A smart install team can expect to earn $75- $100k+ with additional bonus paid weekly. Monday thru Friday 6a-3p or whenever the work is done. Some weekends but rarely. We have found that Husband and Wife, Father and Son, Brothers or teams in prior work applications do very well. We encourage teams to apply. Experience in Garage Door Installation, Cabinet Installation, Window Installation, Cable or Satellite TV a plus++ Located in East Mesa, we go to our customers valley/state wide.
