Job Position: Commercial Cleaning Pro. Description: Commercial Cleaning Jobs, Construction Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Floor Waxing, Janitorial. Prefer experience with pulling small trailer with pick up. Load and unload trailer. Hours; Full time for right person. Some Day Time Some Nights. Experience in Cleaning large buildings doing work that requires additional skills, like floor waxing, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, hauling equipment, maintaining equipment. See Job Description. Will train dependable, stable person who wants to work, experience preferred. Back Ground Check Required. Company T-Shirts are provided. Job Description: 1. Floor Tech: Clean/Buff Waxed Floors, Scrub and Wax Floors, Strip and Wax Floors, 2. Carpet Cleaning/Tile Steam Cleaning 3. Pressure Washing 4. Window Cleaning 5. Drive Pickup Truck and Pull Enclosed Trailers to and from job, load/unload trailers, maintain trailers. 6. Maintain all Equipment, Clean Equipment, Keep Equipment Storage Clean. 7. High Dusting/Vacuuming Vents, High Ledges in big buildings, Window Frames 8. Construction Cleaning: Clean Windows on Ladder or Lift, Scrub Floors with Buffer or Steam Cleaning Machine. 9. Daily Janitorial Work as a sub for our Janitorial Staff. Equipment you need to know how to operate: Buffers, Carpet Cleaning Machines, Power Washers, Autoscrubbers, Pickup Truck and Trailer (14 foot), Commercial Vacuums, Window Cleaning Squeegies and window poles.
