Personal Assistant to Talent in Beauty Sector Position: Seeking full-time experienced Personal Assistant for busy entrepreneurs. Must be LA based, but flexible to travel with the family as needed. Schedule: Monday—Friday 9am-5pm, with flexibility to start earlier/stay later, and add in weekends here and there as needed. Salary: $95-$100k p/year Description: Versatile Jack/Jane of all trades needed for a dynamic husband and wife duo. Ideal candidate is smart, very detailed oriented, able to multi-task, highly discreet and the utmost professional, as he/she will often be liaising and hosting a myriad of high-profile guests. Must have previous experience working as an assistant. This home needs a consistent person to help oversee household management between vendors and staff (nannies, housekeepers, dog walkers, etc), regularly stock groceries and inventory, and take initiative wherever needed to keep all aspects of the home running smoothly. The assistant will help with everything from organizing home offices, helping pack for trips, managing many detailed calendars, to care for multiple pets. This person must work well as a part of a team with other assistants, and several growing companies. Though it is a 9-5, this isn’t a job for a clock watcher, and should be treated as more of a lifestyle than a job. Driving is required, so it is important for this person to be familiar with the city and be smart about routes. Strong writing and communication skills are also required, and this person must be proficient with iCal and Google Drive Docs and Sheets. This is an active on your feet job, that sometimes requires some manual labor. Duties include but are not limited to: Errands for the house/family— grocery store, gassing cars, shopping, package returns, gift buying, picking up dry cleaning, etc. Assisting around the house with organizational needs, management of vendors. Assistance with dinner parties/events, and helping with set up and clean up. This is a great opportunity to work with a wonderful team, with room for growth for the right person.
