GENERAL SUMMARY: Evolve is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our rapidly expanding team in Los Angeles! Working under general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Associate is expected to unload inbound containers/trucks, sort and count all cartons per the customer requirements and stage or put away freight while accurately tracking all movements to ensure inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for accurately pulling pallets and cartons for outbound shipments and updating the documentation or system accordingly. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment per warehouse and regulatory guidelines • Obtain accurate counts on all inventory and report any discrepancies to the supervisor or manager • Loads/Unloads containers and trailers per the customer’s order while achieving 100% accuracy • Maneuver forklifts safely in a busy industrial environment • Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto racks or pallets • Moving goods from storage areas to staging areas for transport • Clean warehouse every day before leaving the shift • Notify supervisor or manager when stock is low for any warehouse usage items • Be able to take adequate photos to send on team communication apps • Ensuring the forklift areas and pathways are free from spills or obstructions • Ensuring nothing is within 10’ of the charging stations • Execute daily checklists for each forklift BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Able to lift 50 lbs. • Solid communication skills • Can work in a team environment • Able to stand for an 8-hour shift • Able to work overtime, as needed PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Attention to detail • High energy • Positive attitude WORKING CONDITIONS: • Warehouse Environment
