Smoke Marijuana? This job IS NOT FOR YOU. Take medications or drugs? This job is NOT FOR YOU. NO ALCOHOL. NO DRUGS (LEGAL OR ILLEGAL, this is VERY hard, physical work often with dangerous construction tools such as saws, nail guns, electric jackhammer.) If you take medications or smoke Marijuana then this job is NOT for you. MUST KNOW HOW TO READ A RULER (TAPE MEASURE. Yes we're serious, some people still cannot do that!). SHOULD KNOW HOW TO MAKE ACCURATE CUTS WITH A SKILSAW, BUT WILL TRAIN RIGHT PERSON IF NECESSARY. MUST PAY ATTENTION WHILE ON THE JOB TO KNOW THE NEXT STEP WHEN WORKING WITH ANOTHER PERSON. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE. ATTITUDE IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN EXPERIENCE. Working fast and accurately is KING, will train right person. Include recent photo, age, weight, physical condition. Must be able to lift 75 or 100 pounds. Carrying concrete bags from the truck to the new fence isn't for office-cubicle-dwellers, sorry. We get very dirty, dusty, every day. MUST be reliable, show up on time. Own transportation to drive to work. One job and job-site at a time, in LA! Wood Fence Building usually includes: Load and unload tools and materials. Help digging, quick-mixing concrete, leveling posts, sawing-screwing-nailing wood fence frame and boards, painting and staining.
