Mechanic / electrical help - 1994 Ford F150

Have a 1994 Ford F150 that has been throwing air bag codes and now won't start because of a battery short. Need someone who can come diagnose and ideally fix the battery short to allow me to start it regularly. If you're able to help me diagnose and fix the air bag codes as well that's an added bonus. Currently sitting on the street and easily accessible for you to work on, but no outlet/electric hookup nearby. Let me know your rate and when you can come do the work (must be evenings or weekends). Before the battery died I was looking to fix a brake pedal that wouldn't return all the way (have done the master cylinder, booster, and bled em like hell, not sure what else it could possibly be). So if you have any ideas that I'm also all ears.
