Job description NEGC Remodeling is looking for qualified individuals to join our growing team. We strive to provide all our clients with Consistency, Reliability, and Speed. We are looking for residential contractors with experience in construction as Carpenters/ Finish Carpenters. Email resumes/interest to [email protected]. Duties would include but not limited to: Kitchen Cabinets Installation Framing Install Interior/Exterior Doors Install Trim work- (Baseboards, Casings, etc.) Flooring-Vinyl Plank/ Laminate Finish Carpentry Salary would depend on qualifications. A little information about the kind of work that we do. We are a full service general construction company. Majority of the work will be in the Chicago Land area. (South Side). Residential. We work with property management companies providing tenant turnover services and help with their overflow of tenant work orders. We work with real estate investors remodeling distressed properties and getting them ready for sale. Our company also purchases properties and gets them ready for sale or for rent. Majority of the properties we work on are vacant. Some may be occupied by a tenant. You will need to travel to each job site. You will be working in groups of 2 or more. Steady Work 40 Hour work week. Monday-Friday. 8am-4pm. ~90 Day probation period~ Work Location: Multiple locations Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay COVID-19 considerations: We will provide masks/gloves/hand sanitizer to any employee that will come in contact with tenants.
