DKR Property Management and Maintenance LLC are looking for experienced maintenance tech to join our team! We are looking for those professionals experienced in general handyman work, ie. painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical work, etc. Along with the small handyman work, we are looking to find someone who has an open mind, looking to expand their knowledge on home improvement, and/or hones the skills they already have. There is plenty of room for growth within the company We complete work from the biggest items to the smallest. We will install new water heaters and heating systems and then the next day we may be working on a clogged sewer drain, sometimes you are going to get dirty. We do offer competitive wages based on experience. There is almost always the option for overtime. Paid holidays. After 1 year we offer vacation time. After the 90-day probationary period, sick days are then offered as well as the option to enroll in health insurance. We are asking all who are interested to apply in person.
