Appliance Service Techs, this is the job for you! A leader in the Commercial Appliance Industry is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support their Field Maintenance Team.   Job Title: Appliance Service Tech (Help Desk)   Location: Carrollton, TX   Pay: $22/hr BOE   Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00AM to 5:00PM   Job Description: Provide technical support and oven troubleshooting assistance over the telephone to field technicians repairing ovens. Independently respond to assigned service calls, diagnose problems and making appropriate repair suggestions.  Determine parts and supplies needed to complete service requests and update service records to reflect work that was done.  Serve as escalation (technical) support for the Claims Agents.  Service Technicians will also participate in training field technicians on oven repair in a classroom type setting.   Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Trade School Preferred but not required Technical Field Service in Food Equipment industry a plus Strong computer skills including MS Office Schematic reading ability a plus Microwave knowledge a plus 2 -3 Years working at a Food Equipment or similar manufacture. (Desirable but not required.)
