iDeal Floors is a faith based, family-owned company looking for a dynamic, motivated, and highly qualified new team member to administer multiple warehouse management functions at our Garland location. Reliability, integrity and strong commitment to our team and customers are a MUST! Interpersonal Relations: • Impeccable customer service is the foundation of our business • Extensive experience in managing and motivating team members • Excellent communication skills • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus • Work well with management, sales, support, and warehouse staff Skills/Qualifications: Technical: • Inventory control and receiving experience a MUST • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Able to lift up to 60 lbs • Support an injury-free environment • Reliable transportation • Must be able to tolerate seasonally hot and cold working environment Personal: • Professional attitude • Strong integrity and professionalism confirmed by references • Flexible, team-player • Strong organizational skills • High level of accuracy • Detail oriented with an eye for quality • Must be able to work flexible hours depending on the workload • Works efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision • Ability to think outside the box Hours/Compensation: • 6 days a week, Closed Sundays. • salaried position, commensurate with experience • Health and dental benefits after 60 days • Annual profit sharing • 401(k) Plan after 6 months Please respond with a brief explanation of why YOU are the iDeal candidate for this position.
