well just tried to opt out of this Edmond smart meter program, and they are going to chg an additional $15 a mth for people who opt out. Obviously, these smart meters will be used to control our electrical use, aka rolling brownouts in the future. I'm thinking class action lawsuit time. I'm signing my opt out with "signed under protest" in case of future litigation.
