Pods Swimming in East Providence RI is seeking a part time lifeguard. Applicant must be lifeguard / CPR certified. Shifts are 6 AM to 2 PM or 7 AM to 2 PM, 2 - 3 days a week, no holidays or weekends required. Pay is $18.00 per hour, lap swim membership included. Flexible schedule makes this a great opportunity for retirees, college students, or anyone interested in working in a fun aquatics environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, • monitor pool area and caution swimmers regarding unsafe behavior in the pool • inspect pool facilities for cleanliness; • clean surrounding areas of the pool • determine chlorine content and pH value of water with water testing kit.
