A visual art and poetry exhibit in conjunction with the Women's Writing Group Essay (on display). Exhibit runs until early November 2022. Public reception with the artists on Thursday, September 22 from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the Parker Hill Branch of the Boston Public Library in Mission Hill, Boston. Mission Hills community residents and artists have kept working through and responding to a worldwide pandemic, while social justice issues ignited everywhere, to keep their creative process minimally disrupted, and to capture and express their experiences in visual and written language. Positive words became very important during the past few years and sharing them along social media or creating a piece of art brought hope to our sisters and brothers.
