Hi, I am a real estate investor in Minneapolis. I am looking for a general contractor to work on my rehab projects. Ideally, I would want someone who works with investors and/or are investors themselves. Properties will be in MSP area. Must be able to come with on showings to give me rough estimates on rehab cost. Want a reliable, honest, efficient, and experienced contractor. I will have multiple jobs for you if you do well.
