Critical Coordination works with data center operators to help them operate their critical facilities and manage construction projects and programs. Specifically we manage IT cabinet deployments and physical security caging and air containment. Critical Coordination is a 4 year old company stepping into its stride, and I am looking for Employee #3, a Construction professional that has the hands-on technical knowledge and project management skills to use their hands to build when needed, and manage larger projects and subcontractors when required. This position will report directly to the owner and help grow Critical Coordination. Travel: 25-50% to build and manage projects. The vibe: When not in the field, this is an in-office position. It's not unusual for project discussions to take place in the form of a walk-and-talk along the St. Croix river. We celebrate hard work and success by having regular meetings consisting of cold beverages on an outdoor patios. Our office has been referred to as 'the sound lounge' with indy vibes on deck. We work a condensed day as a benefit, but when we are here we get things done. Office Hours: 8:30-4:30 Field Hours: Whatever is needed to get the job done Compensation Package Range Dependent on Experience: $50-70k w/ 20% bonus potential To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a dedicated individual excited to be a big part of a small business, and eager to wear multiple hats. This position will focus on prospecting new clients, coordinating projects, pulling together costing information, scheduling vendors, and providing amazing customer service to our clients with a borderline compulsive reaction to immediately responding and taking care of them. You will use your people skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers and become their trusted friend and business partner. When not actively managing projects, you will seek to make yourself a productive member of the team by improving processes and resources, investigate better ways of doing things, etc. If you are motivated and results-driven, detail oriented, and enjoy working hard for the reward of playing hard, I’d like to meet you. If you like to be busy, are good at keeping multiple balls up in the air and love to have the workday fly by, this might be a good position for you. Ultimately, you will be a big part of executing projects with speed and accuracy and contributing to our long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will be organized and thorough, yet quick and responsive. Responsibilities: -Professional representation within active mission critical data centers -Hands on construction of metal security caging and air containment systems -Cabinet installation and securing -Auxiliary framing installation -Issue purchase orders and schedule material and labor partners -Follow projects through from start to completion, making sure all players have come together for a successful project -Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services -Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction -Pre-construction site surveys -Build and manage long-term trusting relationships with clients -Report directly to the Owner -Stay up-to-date with new products/services relative to the data center market -Job site visits, oversee and assist with install, etc. Skills: -Good with your hands and tools -Ability to figure things out in the field -Proficient with computer software -Highly functional in a fast paced environment -Organized and detailed -Ability to multi-task as needed to pull various parts of projects together -Positive can-do attitude, willing and excited to be the backbone of an organization -- this means wearing a lot of different hats and getting your hands dirty -Ability to learn quickly and connect dots -Excellent communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year depending on experience Bonus: 10-20% Benefits: 401(k) 3% Contribution at 90 days Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: Vaccine required as many of our customers require vaccinated individuals in order to be on-site.
