VIP Staffing is hiring 50 People for one of our Major Manufacturers in the Cibolo area ON THE JOB TRAINING for your new CARREER!!! Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for operating large-scale manufacturing equipment associated in the plant's machining and assembly operations in accordance with company standards and operating procedures. • Responsible for producing quality outputs • Follow standardized procedures to operate machinery used in the production process or use standardized procedures to assemble parts on an assembly line • Must be able to stand for 10-12 hours • Meet daily production targets based upon assigned production schedule and manufacturing leadership request Dress Code: Business casual Long shirt, khakis (tan, blue, black) & steeltoe boots required Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour ****Must be willing to work Rotating Work Schedule: (1month days, 1month nights & some overtime ) 1st shift 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM with 45 min. lunch break 2nd shift 6:30 PM to 3:15 AM with 45 min. lunch break We offer: WEEKLY PAY DIRECT DEPOSIT TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY CLIMATE CONTROL FACILITY To apply online: Select Schertz AA Once you have completed the application call Bre in the Schertz office at 210-892-0564 for the next phase of registering with VIP Staffing.
