We are seeking an Inside Sales and technical candidate to join our team. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive revenue and be able to offer technical advise and make repairs to small equipment.
Additional benefits; profit sharing, paid holidays, only weekday hours ! 8:30 to 5:30pm (with one exception - the yearly Seattle Boat Show)
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and provide technical assistance to new and existing customers in person or on the phone or chat.
Learn details of equipment and be able to perform repairs in small shop
Enter orders.
Assist in shipping and receiving
Assist with online sales processing
We are a small team, fill in where needed.
​Qualifications:
Friendly to people
Good computer skills
Mechanically inclined
Able to lift 75lbs
Not squeamish talking about what happens in a toilet !
Show up on time
Most required skills will be taught, you just need the basic foundation.
