Local General Contractor looking for drywall and interior painting help needed in King and Snohomish counties. All projects are bid, sold and ready to schedule. Sub-contractors preferred; possible in-house position available. -Subcontractors must be licensed, bonded and insured. -Subcontractor and assisting employees must be able to pass a background check. Scope of work: Mainly residential kitchen and bathroom work, patch and repair drywall work from relocation of utiliites, general repairs, and match to existing finish, rather smooth or textured. Painting includes minor wall prep and caulking at base and trim. All finish painting must meet customer expectation, and in most cases requires 2 coats.
