We are looking for a self-motivated 2nd shift team member with experience in programming, setting up and running CNC Mills or Lathes. (Familiarity with Mazak, Robodrill, Mori, Doo-San, or Tsugami equipment is a benefit but not a requirement).

Our 2nd shift tenure incentive:
10% premium first 12 months on 2nd shift
12.5% premium for months 13-24 on 2nd shift
15% premium for months 25 - 36 on 2nd shift
17.5% premium for months 37 - 48 on 2nd shift
20% premium after 48 months on 2nd shift
