Denver Metro area based General Contractor specializing in Commercial Tenant Finish projects is looking to hire a Project Superintendent. This position requires daily travel throughout the Denver Metro/Front Range area. Qualified Candidates MUST possess: - Ability to coordinate, direct, and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and building department officials in a professional manner. - Willingness to work hard to complete projects on time and exceed expectations of clients.- Understanding of various construction trades and divisions. - Ability to direct and monitor proper safety equipment and practices at ALL times. - Knowledge of reading and fully understanding blueprints. - Excellent organizational skills. - Timelines, accuracy and attention to detail Other Qualifications Include: - Valid drivers license and auto insurance - Reliable transportation a must. - Professional References Please reply with a professional resume and references.
