Patch a Hole Below Roof

Description

Got a Pigeon problem caused by a hole just under roof on side of house. Need a long ladder, more than 10 feet to get to. Thinking of putting up mesh to block additional holes, but primary hole needs bricks replaced due to birds knocking them out. If anyone can help with situation, just let me know.
