FOUND pit bull brown

Brown pit bull found crossing a very busy road. I called 311 and hung out with (her?) for a bit but had to leave. Very sweet and friendly but scared. White underside of neck. Corner of Kramer and Humington. She was left sitting in the grass after a meal of popcorn and water. I tried. If this is your dog please contact me or 311. I gave them my name for their records in case you are unable to find the shelter she was sent to you if they pick her up. When I left, the homeowner at the house she was chilling at was going to come back in a few minutes and put her in his fenced yard until 311 came.
