Help us both live!!! We will both Die (euthanasia) at County shelter on September 9, 6:00 PM!! We have done not ONE thing wrong! We are dog friendly too. We were placed on the E-list because we are STRUGGLING in our kennel! We shouldn't have to die for this! And the people running the MCACC shelter will kill us on time!! Please read about us below. DOTTIE (ID #A4751631) I'm 2-year-old, spayed, brown American Pit Bull Terrier (36.5 lbs.). I’m an adorable, petite Pittie/Rhodesian/ Lab mix and good with dogs! I am calm and affectionate, but a little timid at times. I like being a “lap dog “, getting petted and will give “kisses”, take treats gently and walk nicely on-leash. I’m now super stressed and bounding of the walls. I need out ASAP!! Please come meet me before it is too late! I would love being part of a family again. DASHER (ID #A4742289) I’m 2-year-old, neutered, red tick and white Cattle Dog (49 lbs.). How sad is this? I was adopted and returned in 2 days. They did NOT give me time to bond, build trust and be comfortable! I tried to jump their fence. I was slightly destructive with their blinds and I was not good with a cat in the home. They did NOT give me time to decompress from shelter. I'm a Cattle dog I need to run and have a yard. In shelter, I'm good on-leash, dog friendly, I “sit” for treats and take them nicely, and I’m very affectionate and lean in for pets (watch videos). Now, I’m so frustrated and stressed from that I’m repeatedly running back and forth in my kennel and grabbing at the gate, desperate to get out. I need out of here! I’m required to go to a home with children 5+ and would benefit from in-home training. Will you come meet me? I need a home and family! PLEASE REMEMBER!! Both dogs have been living in a high-stress environment and will need time to de-stress and relax!! They will benefit from a predictable routine as well as exercise and time to play.
