Need a friend with a truck to help me pickup a free couch

This is a longshot but does there happen to be a nice person out there with a truck who would help me pick up a couch? I don't really have furniture and I keep seeing beautiful stuff for free on CL... but I can't pick it up. I'm not really in a position to rent a truck and, even if I was, I can't get a couch up my stairs alone. Guess I'm just hoping to connect with a nice person who wants to help someone out. I'm in Nashua, at the top of one set of stairs. I'd be happy to pick you up a six pack or something, maybe help you out with something on your end. I'm tired of sitting in a patio chair lol I don't have a specific pickup at this time - I just watch the listings go by and, of course, they all say they won't deliver - who'd deliver a free couch anyway!?
