Part Time Grounds Keeper applicants Must pass background check and drug screen. Responsibilities include flower bed maintenance, keeping side walks clean, watering flower beds and lawn, blowing off sidewalks, picking up trash, cleaning spider webs of building, and other assorted small maintenance projects related to grounds. We have a service that mows the property so this job will concentrate on keeping the property beautiful. 30 hours a week. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
