Hi, I'm purchasing a property in Coolidge at the end of September and I need some work done to the house before moving in. I'm looking for a well versed and experienced handyman, someone trustworthy and reliable. The repairs are nothing major but a few different things need to be done, including and not limited to : - patio door installation - paint - lay tiles in a bathroom - install hardwood flooring - drywall patching - light electrical (install recessed lighting) - light plumbing (install new vanities and toilets) - etc... I would need someone full time for 2-3 weeks. If you are interested, please reply with your experience in the different trades required. Don't just say ''call me'' because I won't. I need to know what you can do before anything. I am paying HOURLY. Not by the job. Contractors, this is not for you.
