We are hiring for 2 Positions (see below for more details) Our main line of work consists of the following: Hardscape Division: - Patio Installation - Retaining wall Installation - Walkway Installation - Fire pit Installation - Driveway Installation - Outdoor Living areas - Water Features - Pergola Installation - Fence and Deck Installation - Landscape lighting Installation Landscape Division: - Landscape maintenance - Mulching - Shrub and tree care - Flower Installation - Shrub and tree Installation - Fertilization and weed control - Leaf removal - Aeration, dethatching, seeding, and composting - Grading - Sodding - Irrigation - Tree trimming and tree removal Job Description – Hardscape/Landscape Foreman - Manage 1-3 crew members daily - Drive truck and trailer with equipment and materials - Operate various types of equipment - Follow landscape plans/blueprints - Install multiple various types of hardscape & landscape designs Job Description – Hardscape/Landscape Crew Member - Work with foreman and follow instructions given - Drive truck and trailer with equipment and materials - Operate various types of equipment - Lift 50 lbs from time to time - Install multiple various types of hardscape & landscape designs Requirements for BOTH positions: - On time to work daily - Clean valid driver’s license (Class E preferred) - Have a great positive attitude - Respectful of equipment and the entire team - Dress properly daily - Willing and able to work in various weather conditions, warm, cold, wet Benefits: - No layoffs ever - Guaranteed winter hours and work - Snow removal pay = 2x - Over time pay = 1.5x (after 40 hours 1.5x pay kicks in) - Health & Dental insurance - 401K Plan - Company phones provided - Company clothing and proper safety protection provided - Company tools, vehicles, and all equipment are provided - Paid holidays - Paid vacation time - Great high-end areas to work, Ladue, Town and country, Clayton, Frontenac, Creve Coeur If you are interested, please get in contact with us! 314-423-9244 We are urgently seeking employees to fill our positions and create an amazing team!
