Please Help

I need some help asap! Someone dropped some adult dogs off on my property and I can not keep them and I’ve searched and searched for places to take them and no one can. They all look like mix breeds and look like bulldog mixes and Australian shepherd mix breeds. Please let me know if you are able to help! if you can’t take them all, please consider helping some! I’m located in Clayton Nc. The black one is the only male. But they are running around my property. They need to find somewhere asap. they will need to be worked with and get proper care and are not in top notch health
