**Maintenance Person for Mobile Home Community Needed in Westminster**

Job Description: Duties include trash pick-up, cleaning of laundry and restrooms, minor pool maintenance, light painting, and miscellaneous repairs around the community. Will train. Qualifications: • Must live close to Americana Mobile Home Estates 14362 Bushard Street (10-15 minutes away maximum from the community). • Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Must be able to carry/lift 25 lbs. • Driver's license & vehicle insurance required. • Reliable Transportation. • Applicant MUST speak English. • Also, must be able to work independently, follow a schedule provided to you, have good time-management and organizational skills, be able to talk to residents in a friendly and professional manner, and is trust-worthy. • Schedule is 1 hour on Friday evenings, 5 hours on Saturdays, 5 hours on Sundays, 5 hours on holidays. • Job is for light maintenance every weekend and holiday.
