please give me cat advice

My cat is driving me nuts. I used to take him for car rides but now when I try to take him outside in my arms he freaks out. Idk whats wrong with this guy. I also tried to put a harness on him and he freaked out. Also he does this thing where he poops somewhere and hides the poop. My little guy is also scared of men, even though he is a man. My parents are divorced but sometimes my dad comes over to pick me up or help with stuff. My cat is less scared of my dad than other men, but still kinda freaked out by my dad. I am also looking for a husband. I want my cat to like my husband. My cat doesnt like cats. If I marry a man who has a cat, my cat will freak out. Any advice on how to deal with my cats crazyness?
