Description

• Continually learn and become proficient with using Jobba as the Service Department software for all inspections and service tickets. • Maintain a general understanding of different roofing systems and their proper installation. • Assist Inspector/Estimator in conducting inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements. • Review Scope of Work with Service PM and Sales prior to job start. • Provide input on Scope of Work, material needed, and labor requirements to Service PM and Sales as needed. • Confirm all repairs are completed correctly and as timely as possible. • Conduct Quality Control checks of all work performed. • Confirm all work is documented with photos correctly. • Confirm Service Trucks are kept clean and in proper working order. • Identify additional work/revenue opportunities while on site. • Confirm all safety plans are being followed and always guarantee the safety of all employees/subcontractors/building owners. • Protect the building and building contents during repair time frame. • Daily reporting and adherence to jobsite safety and OSHA requirements.
