looking for a full-time experienced residential & commercial building repair technician in the Kalamazoo area. Our company has been around since 1979 with a great reputation. Gillespie Maintenance completes a wide variety of jobs from full house remodels to new construction homes. GM Kzoo maintains dwellings of 500+ units within the SW Michigan area. This position will primarily be working in occupied homes, completing city violation work. Pay is based on experience between $16 & $30 per hour. Company truck provided for work use. Required: • Minimum 2-year experience in residential or commercial building maintenance. Ability & knowledge in plumbing & electrical • Common knowledge of city codes, common home repairs, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing and light electrical repair work. • Must have their own basic hand tools, drill, etc. • Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time. • Must pass a background check. • Must possess a clean driver’s license.
