I am looking for a retired handy person looking to occasionally earn extra income. Make your own hours unless a problem needs immediate attention. The work would consist of Basic wiring, (replace receptacle, hang light etc.) plumbing, (change faucet, fix running toilet etc.) Painting or touchup, (interior when someone moves out. and occasional outdoor in summer) light carpentry, (repair door or install vanity etc.) Occasional yard work (trimming bushes, hedges etc.) You can choose to cut lawns for extra dollars if you like. Pickup truck would be helpful but not a must. The owner, (me) lives in Florida in winter and would need you to be available for the occasional repairs that pops up in winter months. The summer months you would work with me on maintenance items that I feel are needed. Apartments are in 5 different locations in Palmyra and Hershey. Looking for a conscientious person that would treat them like his own.
