We are looking for Independent Vendors/Handymen for property maintenance, Property Preservation, and light remodeling work. We Do Pay BiWeekly: Net Pay 14 days (via ACH) upon completion of work and submitting photos. Please be skilled in some of the following areas: Drywall/Sheetrock Paint(Interior/Exterior) Flooring Pressure washing Cleaning Services (Final/Maintenance) Trash Outs Pool maintenance Landscaping (Initial/Maintenance) And other light jobs. Must have Own equipment, transportation, and tools to perform work. Working smartphone/tablet to take pics and send updates.
