A crawl space needs to be dug out under an apartment building. Crawl space needs to be 18+ inches from bottom of floor joist and in some places it is 10 inches. The area of crawl space ground that needs to be removed is the size of 4 1-bedroom apartment units (about 4,000 sqft). There are 6 crawl space entrances in the building. There are vents accesible to the outside and I can put an a extra hole in an empty apartment for easier accessibility
