Description
Dear parents, As fast as summer started, it's already that time - back to school! Some of you may be excited to get your home and routine back. Others of you might be stressed already thinking forward to the school year, or have already been let down by how the first week or so has gone. If you've got a child that struggles with sensory challenges, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, ODD, autism, or similar challenges, then heading back to school has probably added even another layer of stress to you and your family. Homework after school turns into hours of tears and yelling. Constant notes home from teachers about behavior. Lack of focus and concentration leading to poor grades and performance academically. Social struggles leading to anxious kiddos and big feelings. Emotional ups and downs leading to your family walking on egg shells all school year long. You might have tried many different things to help your child thrive. Maybe you've been to every specialist, tried all of the medications and therapies and you're still at a loss. You just want the best for your child but with the mounting stress of everything going on in this world, you don't really know where to turn from here. It might be time to look at things through a different lens. At this Private ADHD, Sensory and Spectrum Workshop for Parents, the Lux Life Chiropractic doctor team, Dr. Sadey, Dr. Molly and Dr. Miguel, will dive deep into the science, the WHY behind what is going on, and some action steps for you to move forward with confidence and hope for your child's success. What will be covered: - The reasons why our children are struggling now more than ever. From both the outside and the inside, we will help you put together the information you need to know why your child is struggling. - We'll give you step by step help that you can use to start making a difference for your child IMMEDIATELY. Together we help you learn how to MINIMIZE the tough days and MAXIMIZE the good days for your child at home and school. - The proof is in the parents...who have been where you are. We'll share with you stories of kids who no longer struggle with the symptoms of sleepless nights, meltdowns and tantrums, hard mornings, days filled with anxiety, struggles in school and lack of focus. Who should attend? - Parents who are worried about their child's growth, development, mood, focus, sleep, eating, overall wellness and performance at home and school. - Parents who have children who have received a diagnosis, such as ASD, ADHD, SPD. - Family members who help care for children who are struggling. - Professionals who serve children ages 0-18 years. We hope you join us for a night of hope, help, and answers! We'll have appetizers and drinks available for all attendees. See you there!
