End of Summer Tea Ceremony & Soundbath

We are honored to have our dear friend Graciela The Sage in for an end of the summer soundbath & tea ceremony. The night will start with a small tea offering using the Make & Mary Empress Herbal Tea. Graciela will then lead us into the sound vibrational therapy with the Himalayan hand hammered bowls, various styles of singing bowls, gong and other instruments. We’ll set intentions for as we welcome in the new moon lunar energy. Dress cozy and be sure to bring a warm blanket and something light to cover your eyes (eye pillow (or bandana), and yoga mat. We will be in the courtyard with the birds, the trees and the stars. THE EVENT STARTS PROMPTLY AT 6:15. PLEASE BE ON TIME.
