Sister Mary Eucharista, SMMC will lead us on weekend retreat to reflect on how Jesus, the Son of God, learned how to be a man from his Foster Father, St. Joseph, who can teach us how to be like Jesus in the tight embrace he offers us as a member of the Holy Family. A social hour will follow the Friday night talk. Saturday there will be a light breakfast and lunch will be served. This retreat is open to all individual age 16+. About Sister Mary: She is a Sister of Mary, Mother of the Church (www.sistersofmarymc.org) with a background in high school education (23 years), philosophy, theology, retreats and programs for retreat centers, who is intent on the New Evangelization in company with her fellow sisters. She is deeply involved in the work of providing quality programs at Immaculate Heart Retreat Center, the diocesan retreat center for the Catholic Diocese of Spokane, and in working with retreat ministry through giving retreats and talks on site and around the country. All of this is carried in prayer and community life with the SMMC.
