In this hands on class we will be making our own custom mist with our teacher, Melia and her amazing flower essences and essential oils. Melia Goodenow, flower essence maker and co-founder of Hawaiian Rainforest Naturals will be bringing her healing flower essences to The Herb Shoppe to share and sample with you! We will cover what flower essences are, how to use them, how to choose them and go over each of the main 9 flowers along with our fun activity of Mist Making.
