This 90-minute event is divided into 3 parts: a 30-minute bootcamp workout with Tune Into Fitness, 30 minutes of running with Fleet Feet and a 30-minute yoga session with Shelby Yoga!
This is a FREE event open to all ages, paces and ability levels!
The bootcamp class and yoga session will take place inside Fleet Feet and bringing your own mat as well as water is highly encouraged.
Participants should arrive before the 6 p.m. start time to check in.
