**While this is primarily a community yard sale event we are also accepting some other vendors so we have a variety. ** We still have some spaces available for our Outdoor Community Yard Sale and are looking for vendors for Saturday, September 17th 8am-1pm. (In Virginia Beach) The fee is $10 for an outdoor space. If you are interested in participating, please email. ——————————————————————————— The event is sponsored by The Gathering at Scott Memorial UMC and will include various vendors, bake sale items, delicious lunch items for sale and a bounce house and playground to keep kids entertained while browsing. We cordially invite yard sale vendors to join us on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 8:00am-1:00pm. We are combining multiple groups and activities to ensure large turnout and foot traffic. The church is having a bake sale, cook out and a bounce house to draw extra attention. LOCATION: The Gathering at Scott Memorial United Methodist Church is located at 409 First Colonial Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23454 *Note: It’s air show weekend and church is 10 minutes away, we are taking advantage of the crowds! SHOW HOURS: Saturday, September 17th from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Vendor booths will be outdoors as well as a church rummage sale in the fellowship hall. The event will be rain or shine. We will make accommodations to set up all booths indoors if it rains. Set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the show. ENTRY FEES: An entry fee of $10 for an outdoor space plus table fee (if needed) is required with your application. Vendor booths will be in parking lot spaces and field behind church.
