Virtual Interview on Thursday, September 8th *RSVP Using Zoom Links Below* 10:30 AM Link: Positions: - Call Center Representative (Must have 2-3 years of managing high volume phone calls as a receptionist, call center agent, and/or data entry specialist. 2 doses of vaccination required.) - Sales Associates (Must have customer service experience. Retail experience highly preferred.) - Security Guard (Must have 8 and 16 hour certificates, and NYS security license. Must have 2 years of experience.) - Residential Aides (Must have 8 and 16 hour certificates, and NYS security license. Must have or able to obtain F02. HSD/GED Required. Eligibility based on proof of vaccination.) - Shift Supervisors (Must have 2 years security supervisor experience with 8 and 16 hour certificates, security license and F80. HSD/GED required. Eligibility based on proof of vaccination.) - Host, Barista, Cashier, Stock (Must have HSD and excellent customer service skills. Able to stand for long periods of time. Must be fully vaccinated. Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Must have 1 year of food and hospitality experience. For Barista and Stock, must be able to lift 50 lbs.) - Bilingual Case Manager (Temporary position with possible extension. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese. Must have either Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of community outreach or senior activities OR HSD with at least 3 years of related community outreach or senior activities. Must be fully vaccinated.) - Customer Care Associates (Must have HSD/GED. Must have 6+ months customer service experience. Must be able to type 30 wpm. Must have a phone, computer and high speed internet.) - Cooks (Requires 6 months of experience.) - FOH/BOH Workers (No experience required.) - Food Service Team Members (Open availability is required. Must have extensive customer service/hospitality knowledge.) - Seasonal Operations Lead (Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience working within fulfillment center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Supervisory experience a plus.) - Seasonal Operations Associate (No experience required; retail experience preferred. Must have open availability. Vaccination required.)
