Local company with multiple locations in Williamsburg, Manhattan, and Long Island City is seeking a reliable individual with the necessary skills to support our team by way of a Handyman. We're looking for an individual who can perform a wide variety of tasks, can complete all jobs quickly, and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in a variety of tasks such as minor repairs, electric, plumbing, painting, carpentry, general maintenance, etc. Our tasks may include, but not limited to: pipe leaks, hose issues, manual and electronic door latch/lock repair, repair holes in walls, doors and ceilings, fence repair. As the go-to handyperson on our team, you'll help troubleshoot basic to intermediate issues at our 5 locations. This is a part time opportunity with a set budgeted pay of $300 per week. We are open Monday to Friday 7am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm on and Sunday 10am-6pm. All tasks and work is to be completed outside of our normal working hours. What you'll bring… * Prior handyman/maintenance experience * Able to get supplies in a cost savvy way (for reimbursement) * Fantastic troubleshooter and problem solver * Willing to do what it takes to complete tasks efficiently * Loves handy work and owns their own tools already * Great communication skills and ability to think on your feet * Ability to be self-sufficient and independently complete jobs * Tech savvy as we use Trello to manage our projects and tasks (smart phone is required) * English speaking is a must If interested, please apply and answer the following questions: 1.
