We are a small social business with an atelier location and warehouse. Looking for a Janitor to join our team. This is a dear position to us, as we take pride in and love our spaces. For us to consider moving forward, make sure all points below work well on your end: -Work on W9. -Weekly (approx. 4h/week) -Pay: 18$/hour + MTA Responsibilities of the role: - Clean and maintain outdoor areas (tree, recycling, car parking area, trash) - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen, and main-work floors. -Make adjustments and minor repairs/notify of repairs. -Organize and maintain supplies -Water plants, trim, re-pot, plant on the season... -Assist in moving and deep cleaning projects If these tasks interest you please reply to the post with resume/portfolio/past experience and/or reference.
