Looking To Make a Deal With an Electrician

I have a place in downtown Ocean City, NJ, right in the heart of everything. It has two floors and two bedrooms. The place is very classy. I plan on turning the place into an AirBnB rental soon. But after putting a lot of work painting and fixing many things here, I ran into an issue after installing two new ceiling fan/light combos in the bedrooms. The house is 100 years old, and only has two wires running from the wall to the fixture, and these fans need three wires to work correctly. I have the attic cleared out directly up above each fan, but I do not have the experience running a third wire down the wall. I am looking to barter with an Electrician that would want to be able to use the place for a weekend to enjoy the last of these nice weekends. Whether it just be you and your loved one, or if you have a family, the place has two full size beds. I assume this is a pretty basic project for someone that has the tools and experience to do it. I will be renting this place out shortly for $400/night in the off-season, and over $500 next summer. If you want to have a vacation place for free from a Friday night to Sunday evening, I could be here when you show up to point a few things out, and then head up to PA for the weekend. And if this works out and you would like to do it again, I would like to have the fuse box replaced some time soon as well down the road. Maybe we can work something out where you can get a bunch of vacation rentals for free. We can even have a binding contract if you would want it next Memorial Day weekend, or for New Year's Eve.
